The MAET program has a residency component in which all cohort members find placements at organizations or institutions in the education field. I have a passion for increasing access to higher education and ensuring that first-generation students have the support to succeed in college, so I am working at Georgetown’s Center for Multicultural Equity and Access as a Graduate Assistant for the Community Scholars Program.
